The purpose of this application is to apply for a City of Burlington community garden plot.  Any applications received after the lottery deadline for the upcoming season (as indicated on the web site) will be included in the next season's lottery.
Personal information contained on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25 and will be used for the purposes of administering your request for, and use of, Burlington Community Gardens Application. Applicants assigned a garden plot via the lottery process must adhere to Community Garden requirements:
  • Pay the $51 fee online via your Live & Play account, or in person at a Service Burlington counter
  • Attend an on-site orientation meeting with the Garden Coordinator (dates to be arranged in April)
  • Have the plot seeded or planted within the month of May
  • Clear out and release the plot not later than the third week in October
  • Abide by all Community Garden Rules.
